WVMBA Events

A fundraiser for the new Bailey's Trail System, near Athens, Ohio, The Chauncey Challenge, hosted by the OMBC Ohio Series, will feature distances for Novice, Sport and Expert racers with a new 50-mile ultra distance race in 2025. Free Great Lakes Brews, food trucks and cash awards for both Sport and Experts with prizes awarded to Novice race winners. Help us support Bailey's and the Athens Bike Club who maintain the trails at both our Bailey's and September 7 'Race to the Hills' at Lake Hope State Park.

Join us at Lake Hope State Park for an Ohio OMBC Series race near Athens, Ohio for an Athens Bike Club Fundraising racing event that includes Novice, Sport and Pro/Expert distances on looping singletrack within the Zaleski National Forest. Pro/Expert and Sport racers can receive cash awards and prizes for Novice level racers. Great food, great camping with nearby showers and fast, flowy singletrack await.
